All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.

2. Shipping Time (Pakistan)
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 200–300 (depending on location)
• Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

6. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
